How do I know my shoes size?

How will I know my shoe size?

Choose the size that best fits you with other shoe brands.

Usually sports shoe size are larger than our size (for instance a 9 in a sport shoe would be a size 8).

Round down if you are a half measurement above the shoe size. For instance a 7.5 should wear a size 7.

The largest suitable size we carry is size 10.5.

How will you know if the shoe you ordered fits?

Firstly try the shoe on inside the house before wearing it outside.

For open toe shoes, make sure the foot doesn't pass the line of the insole at the from or back.

Check that the straps holding the foot well, and make sure the pinky toe isn't being pushed out by the front straps.

For closed toe shoes, try on the shoes with socks if needed. Once on, press firmly on the shoe from above the toes to check there is enough space about a finger width.

If there is a small space between the foot and the shoe try a thicker pair of socks or insert a removable insole (not a peel and stick).

In other cases, exchange to a different size if needed.

     

There is no alternative to physically trying on a pair and feeling them on your own feet, that is why Antelope offers a first free exchange for free on every order!

How to take care my shoes?

Any dirt is easiest to clean with a disposable alcohol free wipe.

It is advises to begin gently cleaning an area that is less seen on the shoe, observing if and how the wipe affect the material.

Suede/Leather/Nubuck should be oiled with a suitable neutral color sponge.

No need to oil patent leather or calf hair shoes.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

You may return or exchange any product purchased from our website within 21 days from date of purchase as long as the product is returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging.

First exchange is Free for size or color issues.

There are no returns or exchanges on international orders.

Holiday Season Extended Return Policy

It's holiday season, so to help our customers, we are extending our return policy. All orders placed between November 20 and December 31 can be returned through January 31.
When will my order ship and when will I get it?

Our handling time for processing your order may vary from the same day to the following excluding weekends and holidays. Our free UPS® Ground Service will deliver your order within 1-5 days from the time your order is processed, depending on your location. If you wish you can choose faster shipping services for your order upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we are. International shipping service is offered for only $15, and is available to Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is not charged on deliveries inside the U.S. and we do not add any fee to the final price. In the case of deliveries made outside the U.S. you will be responsible for paying the local VAT and customs charge.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipment of your order you will receive an e-mail from us with your order's tracking number and a link to the UPS® site where you can track your parcel. Please note that the tracking information will not appear immediately on the UPS® website after receiving the tracking number from us, it may take a few moments to a couple of hours.

You can also view your order shipping information for your order on your account after siging in.

Do you match prices?

We do not match prices with other stores, online retailers or website offers.
